A 8-year -old boy was presented with complaints of chronic abdominal pain and intestinal obstruction for which he underwent emergency surgery and was found to have a very rare type of abdominal internal hernia called as Left Mesocolic Hernia, which was repaired completely and obstruction was relieved. Patient subsequently recovered completely.

Patients on follow up was absolutely fine with no complaints at all.

A-Baby-was-born-without-food-pipe-Surgery-By-Dr-Arjun-Pawar-in-aurangabad

A Baby was born without food pipe and was not able to take feeds. This was the life-threatening condition for the baby. The baby was operated-disconnection of the food pipe from the wind pipe done and food pipe continuity was established.

The baby was on ventilator after the operation. With the meticulous postoperative management, The baby recovered well. Subsequently discharged from the hospital. On follow up, baby accepting feeds orally without any problem. Baby thriving well.

We present a rare occurrence in modern day, western medicine, a case of a 15 year old male with a perforated duodenal ulcer.
He presented with nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and fever.
On exam: febrile, tachycardic, with evidence of peritonitis.
Abdominal X ray standing film & CT abdomen: pneumoperitoneum.

The girl presented with chronic abdominal pain and was diagnosed with a giant cystic lesion in the abdomen. She underwent laparoscopic surgery and the cyst was removed completely.
She recovered within 3 days and was discharged. On follow up she was absolutely fine. Fortunately, the report came out to be benign in nature and needed no treatment in future.
